1. What happens after you enroll in a 2-hour live-virtual workshop for individuals?
Within one business day of enrollment, you will receive an email with Zoom meeting access details and a Training Needs Assessment (TNA) form. The TNA will help us tailor the session to ensure a focused and effective 2-hour live virtual training.
One day before the workshop, you will receive an email introducing all participants, including the instructor. Please note that no introductions will be made during the workshop itself.
2. What happens after you request an in-person workshop for your business?
Within one business day of your request, you will receive an email with a quotation and a Training Needs Assessment (TNA) form. The TNA helps us tailor the session to ensure a focused and effective training experience.
3. Consulting Process
Step 1: Initial Consultation (1 hour)
We start by listening to your needs, challenges, and goals through a focused 1-hour session to deeply understand your context.
Step 2: Solution Development & Collaboration (Up to 3 Rounds via Email)
We work on your requirements and share tailored recommendations, insights, or frameworks. You’ll have up to 3 feedback rounds to refine and align the solution.
Step 3: Final Presentation & Handoff (1 hour)
We present the finalized solution, walk you through the details, and ensure you’re confident in applying it moving forward.
